Flowering Rain Boots Double Z-Fold

Everyone needs a pick-me-up card once in awhile and this card does the trick. I created a bright and cheery card using Flowering Rain Boots stamp set from the Jan-June 2022 mini catalog and the Sunshine & Rainbows dsp which is FREE right now during Sale-a-bration.  I cut the flowers, watering can and pot with the coordinating Rain Boots dies and the clouds with the Give It A Whirl dies.  I added a layer of Pool Party behind the flowers, fussy cutting around the shape. That little bit of layering really helps bring the flowers forward against the dsp.  I used the blending brush to add a hint of Pool Party to the clouds and added the rhinestones to finish it off.
