Episode #9 of my Craft Your Stash! series is all about monochromatic cards. I showed how fantastic and elegant cards can be when you use one color. I made the same card using Secret Sea and Cloud Cover. I stamped the flower from the new Beautiful Gallery stamp in the ink that matched my cardstock. Stunning!!!
One tip, if you stamp off the Secret Sea, you will have a color that looks similar to Cloud Cover. Unfortunately, the Cloud Cover ink had a manufacturing issue and the ink pad will not be released. As a work around, you can use the reinker to ink a blank ink spot OR stamp off the Secret Sea and make what I am calling “faux” Cloud Cover. The Cloud Cover blends, card stock and marker will be available; the issue was only with the ink pad.
