Ready for some sun! This happy card features two stamp sets from the annual catalog called Sharing Sunshine and Sunny Sentiments.
The Rainbows and Sunshine dsp FREE for Sale-a-bration adds the fun and bright colors to the card. Sale-a-bration ends on February 28, 2022 – don’t miss out on getting free items for a qualifying order.
I cut the dsp into 4 x 1 inch strips and glued them to a piece of Basic White that measures 4 x 5.25″ leaving a small amount of white space between. Set aside and while the glue is drying, stamp your sunshine using Mango Melody ink stamped on So Saffron cardstock. Stamp the face in Memento Black and add rosy cheeks with Blushing Bride. Fussy cut the sun and punch the circle out with either a circle die or a circle punch from your stash. (I used my very old whale-tale style 1 1/4″ punch – blast from the past!).
Cut a tag from the Tailor Made Tags dies and stamp the “a happy Hello to you” sentiment from Sunny Sentiments in Memento Black ink. Tie a bow with the Pool Party Striped grosgrain ribbon.
Once the glue has dried on the strip piece, run through the Stamp-n-Cut-n-Emboss machine using the Gingham embossing folder. Glue to front of the So Saffron card base. Add tag and smiling sunshine with dimensionals.
